Anyone who has read my blog knows that my relationship with my birth parents are rocky and thus might find it odd that I am compiling a gift guide. That being said, I believe that regardless of my own personal family background, we all deserve to treat the ‘special men’ in our life, even if the person that you see as your ‘father’ is not biological. I never had a strong male presence in my life and apart from my Foster Brother, there was not a single man who I ever saw as a Father substitute figure. Despite my own family circumstances, I know that many of my readers are looking forward to spending quality time with their husbands, fathers and brothers. While it is great to carve some time out to treat the men in your life a beautiful gift (or four) never fails to put a smile on their face.
So what are you waiting for? Don’t stress, we are here to help you celebrate your Dad and no, I promise there are no socks involved. So let Faded Spring give you Father’s Day Gift Ideas that will have him smiling from ear to ear!

What Gift Would You Buy Your Father?
Jayne @ Sticky Mud and Belly Laughs says
Awesome selection Ana. We had a VR headset, but we had it quite a while ago so there were only a few games available back then. Loving that watch too! Would be perfect to give the hubby from the kiddies 🙂 x

Love these ideas, I need to figure out what to get my dad this year – what do you get for someone who always buys themselves what they want. This is so helpful and now I’ve got a few ideas…now to the mall…
Pablo says
Great list, guess he would LOVE the watch, but think I am getting the shavin kit 😉

I think my dad would quite like either the shaving kit or the watch. It’s hard to decide between those those which to get.

Lovely ideas, I’m sure my dad would love both the shaving kit and the watch, however, I dont think he is hip enough for a Hawaiian tie!

The watch and the perfect belt seem the best choices and options that I will check out for my Father’s day present.

My biological father is out of the picture so I hear you about rocky relationships! My grandpa though deserves the world for being my stand it dad, but he doesn’t like anything super fancy. He’d be happy with us coming for a visit!
Helen says
These are all great ideas for dads. I keep looking at the Jord watches for myself, they’re so beautiful and unique.
Sarah says
I feel like my little ones daddy, and my dad would love a virtual reality set!
Lindsey London Mumma says
I love this little list, it doesnt matter that you had a rocky relationship with your parents, it is still the thought of them. Plus I am officially adopting you, in to my crazy family. xx
Mariana says
I won’t be buying my father a father’s day gift (we don’t do holiday gifts for adults in our family), but my hubby will get a complete day off where he can go do whatever he wants. Then we’ll spend some special time together in the evening once the kiddos are asleep 🙂
When you have young kids, sometimes time to yourself is the best gift 🙂
PS – I love that burgundy lipstick on the photos on this site!

It’s hard to buy a gift for a man especially when it’s for your daddy but these are great ideas …. i would prefer a nice watch or a belt with a stunning t-shirt in his favourite colour by the way…. 🙂
Sarah Bailey says
What some awesome gift ideas, my Dad has a Jord watch and absolutely loves it, so I am definitely thinking that is a good idea.
Mal says
Oh, my dad is always the worst to buy for- a type of guy who never “needs” a thing and is happy with what he’s got. I guess I’ll treat him to a selection of beers and his favourite chocolate this year! Xx
The Brainy Mama says
That leather belt is so classy! Although I think my husband would like the virtual reality headset.
